Game room features foosball, ping pong, pacman arcade game table and corn hole. 2 ramadas plus BBQ around the pool. Pool can be heated and covered. Extra charge in winter months. Nestled in a neighborhood of one acre properties just 4 miles from Peoria Sports Complex that hosts Spring Training for Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. Quiet hours be observed 10pm to 7am. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 4 queen beds. The house has a den with a 65 inch Smart TV loaded with streaming choices like Netflix, apple + and Disney +. There are 5 Sonos music speakers you can move around the property and listen to sonos radio, Pandora music or stream from your own phone once you connect to 99 Palms WiFi. Each bedroom has a smart TV, there is a 50 inch portable TV for outdoor use located in the game room. This TV can be moved around the property to enjoy while swimming, playing games, using the BBQ or hosting a meal in the barn. There are pool toys located in the storage bin by the pool and in the hall cabinet leading to the garage. The baja shelf is very large and can house 2 umbrellas to shade swimmers from the sun. Umbrellas are located behind the sofa under the Ramada. The ramada is a great place to hang out and there are 2 outdoor dining tables with seating for 10 plus 4 bar stools under the 2nd ramada. This is a great place for entertaining. Room for dancing on the pavers or in the barn. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7 am so all activities need to move indoors at that time. The game room is temperature controlled. There are 3 HVAC systems that run this home. Guests access the entire house with game room and the patio with 2 ramadas is accessible to guests. There is a barn and a large parking area in the gravel area behind the barn for extra vehicles. There is room to park 5 cars in the front driveway and truck and trailers can park in the back. The only areas not accessible to guests is the RV garage which stores host's personal items. I am always available via text or phone. I have a great support team that ensures your comfort should issues arise. If you prefer me to meet you upon check in, this can be easily arranged. Long horn ranch is a quiet neighborhood of one acres lots. There is lots of parking, in the front, in the garage or behind the RV gate. I request to know beforehand if you would prefer to use garage for parking vehicles or as a game room so I may set a/c accordingly. Pool is heated. There is an extra charge in winter months. There are security cameras on property exterior only.
